This is Viva Las Peanuts. My (Tee’s)  foodie, health, fitness and LIFE blog dedicated to/in honor of everything I love.  lomogram_2013-02-05_09-56-59-am1.jpg

  1. Peanut butter
  2. Cheesecake
  3. Walking. Walking. Walking. Sunshine too, the Spanish language and tropical places
  4. Sunrises and sunsets
  5. Dark chocolate, and chocolate in general
  6. Cheap buys, supermarkets & ASDA
  7. Experimenting with new recipes
  8. Giving my uncalled for opinion on current events and health/food/diet articles
  9. Research into health, nutrition and basically…How to live forever
  10. God
  11. London, my HOME ❤

I’m 17. I will also be doing restaurant reviews in the London area (Because my buddies and I basically spend ALL of our money on tasty restaurant food..) as well as on UK chains. Featuring lots of cheesecakes. Let the battle begin. Please do leave your suggestions though!

I’ve spent too long on this blogging corner of the internet without actually making one myself, so it’s about time to!:)

My biggest blogging inspirations have been undoubtedly down to 3 fab, fellow UK based bloggers:

  1. Emma
  2. Jemma
  3. Lucy

And a few others, thank you for being such inspirations and sharing all of your great ideas and thoughts so often 🙂

I may preach scientific revelations about all the misconceptions over saturated fat, sugars and processed oils, and look like a total hypocrite. But, lets just say I have a big passion for this sorta research; and clearly, I’m just not strong enough to cut them out of my own diet and would rather sit back reading them with a piece of cake and enjoying life 🙂 – Whilst posting new recipes with all the ingredients I’ve told you to hate. (I.E ‘processed’ vegetable oil and sugar)

But lets be honest, nobody ever is going to get it right, if the commodities are available we may as well make use of them until conclusive evidence shocks us into self depriviation. I really can’t see myself walking past processed confectionery or cakes anytime soon. The whole speculation is just fascinating, and I hope you also take interest in the articles I will soon be posting.

It something which I truly believe as a global population, we should be looking into more thoroughly to prevent deeper misguidance from apparently concerned ‘health food’ industries only concerned with their stocks value.

More to come xo
